At DAZED Designs, we value transparency, fairness, and professionalism in every transaction. Please read the following Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order. Non-Refundable Products and Services

Due to the custom nature of the digital design services and creative products offered by DAZED Designs, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom or commissioned book cover designs
  • Digital design services
  • Author marketing materials
  • Editing or formatting services
  • Promotional graphics or digital mockups

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. If an exception is considered, DAZED Designs may offer a one-time exchange at our sole discretion.

Deposits and Cancellations

When booking design services with DAZED Designs, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If a client fails to comply with our Purchase Terms, licensing agreement, or any other official terms, DAZED Designs reserves the right to cancel the order without refunding the deposit. This fee covers preparation and administrative time already allocated to the project.

DAZED Designs also reserves the right to cancel an order for any of the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Breach of purchase or licensing terms
  • Unreasonable client behavior or miscommunication

If your order is cancelled by DAZED Designs for any of the above reasons, no refund of the deposit or completed work will be given.

Digital File Disclaimer

All product previews on the DAZED Designs website are accurate representations of the final digital artwork. However, due to differences in screen displays, we cannot guarantee exact color matches. Minor variations in size, color, or layout may occur. By using our online purchase system, you acknowledge and accept these potential differences. You also acknowledge that print companies like Amazon or Ingram Spark require CMYK-based files. As such, the digital version of your artwork or book cover may have a slight variation from the physical printed copy. DAZED Designs strives to ensure the accuracy of both digital and print copies; however, slight variations may occur. No final design files will be sent until full payment has been received.

Refunds for Original (Non-Commissioned) Artwork

Refunds are only considered for original artworks not created on commission by DAZED Designs. These refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase to request a refund.
  • The item must be returned to DAZED Designs within fourteen (14) days of the date of the refund request.
  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving the returned artwork, minus any bank or transaction fees incurred by DAZED Designs.

If the returned item is damaged or altered in any way, no refund will be provided. Refund requests received outside the designated timeframes will not be accepted.

Availability, Errors, and Site Accuracy – Returns and Refunds

While we strive to keep our website up to date, errors may occasionally occur. These may include:

  • Incorrect product availability
  • Outdated pricing or descriptions
  • Technical issues or display inaccuracies

DAZED Designs reserves the right to update, remove, or revise product listings, prices, and service offerings at any time without notice.

If you purchase a product or service that was listed in error, DAZED Designs will offer a refund or exchange up to the value paid, based on an individual assessment.
