Purchase Terms – DAZED Designs

Thank you for choosing DAZED Designs. By purchasing any product or service from DAZED Designs, you agree to the following Purchase Terms. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and the designer.

Booking & Payment Policy Purchase Terms

To confirm your booking with DAZED Designs, a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total cost is required upfront. This payment secures your spot in our design schedule.

The day before your scheduled design appointment, DAZED Designs will contact you to begin the initial design process. The remaining 70% of the total fee is due immediately after this consultation. No book cover design work will be finalized or delivered until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Plans Purchase Terms

If you need a payment plan, monthly payments are mandatory. Missed or late payments may result in the cancellation of your project. DAZED Designs reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment terms are not met. The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for any work that has already been completed. However, this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

If you require an extension or adjustment to your payment schedule, you must submit a written request before your initial consultation by emailing contact@dazed-designs.com. DAZED Designs is happy to work with you where possible, but communication is essential. If the payment plan spans over six months, DAZED Designs reserves the right to charge a payment plan fee of 10% of the total purchase price.

File Delivery Purchase Terms

No final files, including book cover art or design assets, will be sent until all payments have been made in full. This is a non-negotiable part of our Purchase Terms. No custom appointments will be completed until the invoices are paid in full. Rescheduling is acceptable in most circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

For details on refunds, cancellations, and other policies, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions available on our website. DAZED Designs adheres to a strict no-refund policy on deposits and completed design work. Generally speaking, DAZED Designs will not offer a refund for already completed work or the Deposit for a custom appointment. Refunds for premade book cover purchases may be requested. If the cover has not been updated and can be resold, a partial refund will be provided as a system credit that can be applied to another DAZED Design service. You can also request a partial refund in a cash or PayPal transfer in some cases. Each refund request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
