Important Template Subscription Terms
Please read the DAZED Designs Patreon Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your support and are thrilled to provide you with high-quality, customizable design templates to enhance your author branding. Please carefully review the following terms to understand your rights and responsibilities when using DAZED Designs Patreon template content.
Template Tier Information
- These are editable templates, not final digital products.
- No physical items will be shipped or provided.
- Canva templates must be edited and used exclusively within Canva.
- PSD files are intended for use with Adobe Photoshop only.
- Flattened JPG or JPEG images may be used in compatible programs like BookBrush, Visme, Adobe Spark, Snappa, PicMonkey, Crello, and others.
- All downloadable content is designed at 300 DPI for high-resolution print quality.
Templates are perfect for social media promotions, website visuals, and author branding across digital platforms.
License Agreement and Usage Rights
By purchasing templates or subscribing to DAZED Designs on Patreon and accessing included template content, you are agreeing to a limited-use license as outlined below.
You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, gift, or redistribute the files or design content.
- Use any content as a registered trademark, service mark, or business logo.
- Claim any content as your original creation or imply ownership.
- Use content labeled as “Editorial Use Only” for commercial or promotional use.
- Modify or remove copyright or proprietary notices.
- Upload or sell designs on print-on-demand platforms or for merchandise.
- Use content in any context deemed defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
- Redistribute designs in any downloadable or shareable format.
Violations of this license will result in immediate termination of access and forfeiture of all payments. Legal action may be pursued in cases of theft or unauthorized distribution.
Legal Compliance and Monitoring
DAZED Designs maintains full ownership of all original creative content and actively monitors usage to ensure license compliance. This includes:
- Tracking access and usage of download links
- Monitoring exports or unauthorized sharing
- Investigating intellectual property abuse
All images used are licensed properly. Templates may contain stock from YAY Images (used under an Extended License). You must follow their terms as well:

License Termination and Enforcement
If you breach any term or condition:
- You will be required to immediately stop using and delete all DAZED Designs content.
- You will lose all rights to the materials, forfeit any payments, and be contacted by our legal team.
- DAZED Designs reserves the right to terminate licenses at any time for violations without notice.
To voluntarily terminate your license, simply delete all content and any copies in your possession, including backups or exported versions.
By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to honor these terms and respect the integrity of DAZED Designs’ intellectual property.
